With over thirty years of progressive experience in healthcare administration, Michelle has dedicated her career to transformational health program planning, management, and evaluation, focusing on disenfranchised and underserved communities. Her expertise lies in creating innovative healthcare solutions for underserved populations, particularly through integrated delivery models, federally qualified health centers, and large group practices.
Michelle’s professional journey has been marked by accomplishments that increase access to equitable healthcare for risk-stratified populations, optimize operational efficiencies, generate sustainable financial goals, and improve health outcomes. She is committed to deploying methods that “galvanize integration” by educating and motivating stakeholders to actively collaborate on complex integration initiatives. These methods have been successfully applied in healthcare merger and acquisition transactions, as well as in integrated delivery models (such as ACOs and IPAs), aligning multidisciplinary resources across the healthcare continuum in multiple markets.
